1. Subscription Cancellations (SaaS & Recurring Services)

For clients utilizing our recurring AI automation platforms, cloud-hosted workspaces, or ongoing monitoring subscriptions:

• Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time by logging into your account management portal or by emailing a formal cancellation request to support@paramdrishti.com.
• Effective Date of Cancellation: When you cancel a recurring plan, the cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to your workspace and automated pipelines until the end of that billing period.
• No Automatic Renewal After Cancellation: Once cancelled, your payment method will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Platform Subscriptions

We stand behind the engineering quality of our tools and automated systems. For first-time subscribers on standard recurring tiers (Starter Automation and Growth & Professional):

• Eligibility Window: You are eligible for a 100% refund of your initial subscription fee if you submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days from the timestamp of your initial payment.
• Qualifying Criteria: A refund under the 7-day guarantee applies if our platform fails to operate substantially as described, experiences verified technical defects that our support team cannot remedy within 48 hours, or if you find the workflow capabilities unsuitable for your business needs.
• Exclusions: The 7-day guarantee does not apply to renewal payments after the first month or to enterprise tiers involving custom infrastructure deployment.

3. Custom Software, AI Model Development & Consulting Milestones

For custom enterprise engagements, bespoke AI development, and digital transformation consulting executed under a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA):

• Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If a client terminates a project prior to the initiation of milestone work, all advance payments made for that milestone will be refunded in full, minus non-recoverable direct out-of-pocket costs (such as dedicated cloud server reservations or third-party license procurement).
• In-Progress Work: If cancellation occurs during an active development phase, refund amounts are determined on a pro-rata basis corresponding to the uncompleted deliverables, as documented by our technical milestones.
• Accepted Milestones: Once a client has formally reviewed, tested, and accepted a technical milestone, payments allocated to that milestone are deemed earned and non-refundable.
• Written Notice: Custom project cancellations must be communicated in writing with a minimum 14 calendar days' notice to support@paramdrishti.com.

4. Non-Refundable Charges & Third-Party Fees

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Direct consumption costs incurred on third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., direct OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS compute, or Google Cloud GPU cluster fees consumed during custom model training).
• Domain name registration fees, third-party SSL certificates, or dedicated third-party software licenses purchased specifically on the client’s behalf.
• Government taxes, duties, and statutory levies including 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST), except where permitted by applicable tax credit adjustment mechanisms.

5. Step-by-Step Refund Request Procedure

To ensure prompt verification and processing of your refund request, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email our support desk at support@paramdrishti.com using your registered business email address.
• Step 2: Include your full legal name or organization name, Invoice Number / Transaction ID, payment date, and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation or refund.
• Step 3: Our compliance team will review your request and acknowledge receipt within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Step 4: Once verified, an approval notice and credit confirmation will be dispatched to your registered email.
